Our internal recruitment process is often conducted locally, and we aim to employ staff that will maintain the company’s high standards and deliver exceptional customer services. All levels of the organisation are trained internally and externally for dedicating themselves to the process of meeting and exceeding our client’s requirements.

We also strive to maintain a close client relationship and do our very best to continuously improve customer satisfaction as per our Quality Objectives. Senior Management is entrusted with the authority and responsibility for controlling the Company’s Quality Management System and to ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements, such as the Private Security Industry Act and Health and Safety at Work Act are met. In addition, we are fully committed to comply with requirements of the ISO9001 International Standard and operate as per recognised British Standards BS7499 (Static Site Guarding and Mobile Patrol Service) and compliant with British Standard 8406 : 2009 (in Event Stewarding and Crowd Safety) and BS7858 (Security Screening of individuals employed in a Security Environment) Codes of Practice.
